My Mom's 55th B-day

So I am a little late on posting here......My mom turned 55 on June 26th! We all went down to our ranch (about 1 hour south of KC) to celebrate.

Just after we got there it started pouring down rain but we still got to have plenty of fun. Fred and Trent shot guns (as men should do in the country), we grilled out and reminisced about old times while digging through our storage barn. The most fun, though, was playing in the rain! Chyler grabbed each one of us and made us run out into the rain with her and Chandi was obsessed with the mud...lucky mom! There was also a big fireworks show for the county just down the street that we went to see once the rain stopped. Fred and I stayed the night there just the two of us. I hadn't stayed the night there in years so it was kind of scary out there in the

quiet dark! Then again I am kind of a wuss.
